TARIFF 2011

All rooms have en-suite facilities, all rates are inclusive of breakfast and based on two adults sharing.

Winter Tariff: 7th November - 1st April 2012

Single Room from :	£25.00 per night
Double/Twin Room from :	£45.00 per night
Premier Room from :	£50.00 per night

Illumination Tariff: 1st September - 6th November 2011

Single Room from :	£33.00 per night
*Double/Twin Room from* :**	£55.00 per night
*Premier Room from* :**	£60.00 per night

Rooms are avaliable from 2.00pm, there is no onsite luggage storage facility, please inform us when making a resevation if an earlier booking in time is required. The rooms must be vacated at 11.00am on the day of departure.

PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all room bookings, this can be made by cash, debit card or credit card (except American express and International Maestro). Please note there is a £1.00 charge per transaction for credit card payments. The balance of payment is due on arrival to the hotel.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations, Curtailment & Non Arrivals

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to confirm the room bookings.

In the event of cancellation, curtailment & non arrivals you will incur loss of deposit if made seven days or more before the date of arrival. If the cancellation is within the seven days and we are able to re-let the room, there will only be loss of deposit. If we cannot re-let the room we reserve the right to charge your debit/credit card the remainder of the full amount that would have been due should you have arrived and fulfilled your booking.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel, there is a smoking area at the front of the hotel, with seating and appropriate extinguishing facilities. Any guests smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and not refunded. During or after your stay, if we believe you have been smoking and find evidence you will be notified and charged £50.00 for fumigation costs.

Damage, Loss & Our Discretion

Any loss, damage or soiling to the hotel property accidental or otherwise, will be deducted from the guests credit/debit card, the person who's name is on the booking form is liable for the damage. The cardholder will be informed of such transaction. On arrival and entering your room you must inform us immediately if there is any damage or items missing in your room.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests property.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend/terminate any contract should the conduct of any person of that contract, cause any detriment to the well being and comfort of other guests.

Any unregistered guest will be asked to leave the property and the charge will be inccured by the registered guest of that room.
